Our Commitment to You: Return & Cancellation Policy
At Style Sense Furniture, we’re here to help you create the home of your dreams, and we want you to feel confident in your selections. To ensure clarity and ease, we’ve outlined our policies below:
- Non-Refundable Deposit: Your order is an important part of your unique vision! To get started on making it a reality, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Special Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel a special order, we completely understand. We’re happy to help, but please note that a 25% restocking fee will apply to cover some of the costs of sourcing these special pieces.
- In-Stock Sales: We want you to love every piece you bring home. If for some reason you need to return an in-stock item, you have 7 days to do so. Items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Please keep in mind that delivery costs, both for the initial delivery and the return, are non-refundable.
