To complete a purchase, you must provide accurate billing and contact information. All orders require payment at the time of purchase. For custom and special orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. We accept various payment methods, and transactions are securely processed.
4. Order Cancellations and Returns
- Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-cancellable once placed. Special orders may be canceled with a 25% restocking fee.
- In-Stock Purchases: Items purchased from in-stock inventory may be returned within 7 days in like-new condition, with original packaging. Delivery fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Delivery and Shipping
We offer local delivery options and work with reputable carriers for longer-distance shipping. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on availability, logistics, and other factors beyond our control. Any additional delivery costs are noted at checkout.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damages or missing items. Once you have signed off on the delivery, the product is considered accepted.
